Each plate: 1” X 11” X 11”

A stack of plates, situated at eye level, appears grey. Upon approach, the brightly glazed purple tops and yellow bottoms of each plate become visible. Light reflecting between these complementary surfaces produces grey color. The grey rims match the reflected light with an even mixture of the purple and yellow glazes.
